Accessibility

SupportForWP works to make its public website understandable and usable for visitors with a range of abilities, devices, and assistive technologies. Accessibility is part of how we design, publish, and maintain our WordPress service website.

Our Accessibility Goal

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA as our design and review target. This statement describes our goals and practices; it is not a certification or a claim that every page or third-party feature has been independently verified as fully conformant.

How We Support Accessibility

  • Organize pages with meaningful headings, clear wording, and recognizable navigation.
  • Design controls and forms to support keyboard navigation, visible focus, descriptive labels, and useful validation messages.
  • Review text/background contrast and avoid conveying important information only through color.
  • Support responsive layouts, browser zoom, and a range of screen and device sizes.
  • Provide alternatives for meaningful images and keep decorative elements from interfering with assistive technology.
  • Respect reduced-motion preferences for nonessential visual effects.
  • Review customer-facing plugins and integrations, including site-review forms, as our website changes.

Ongoing Review

Accessibility takes continued attention. We review important website changes, investigate issues reported by visitors, and prioritize corrections based on their effect on access to information or essential tasks. Automated checks can help identify some problems, but they do not replace manual review or feedback from people using assistive technology.

Third-Party Features

Parts of this site may use third-party tools, including Gravity Forms, hosting services, embedded content, or external links. We aim to configure these integrations responsibly, but third-party products and websites may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control. Please tell us if one prevents you from using our site.

Known Limitations

We do not currently maintain a public list of unresolved accessibility issues. This does not mean that no barriers exist. If a material issue is identified through testing or feedback, we will review it and update our site or this statement as appropriate.

Request Help or Report a Barrier

If you cannot read information, navigate a page, or complete a site-review request, contact SupportForWP through the Get Started page. If the form itself is inaccessible, email hello@redleafhq.com (Red Leaf Consulting, the operator of SupportForWP) and mention SupportForWP. Existing customers can also use contact details provided in their service agreements. You can request information or next steps through an accessible alternative. We will make reasonable efforts to assist and address confirmed barriers.

Helpful Feedback

It helps to include the page URL, what you were trying to do, what happened, and (if you are comfortable sharing) your browser, device, or assistive technology. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information to report an issue. Please do not include passwords or sensitive records.

Scope of This Statement

This statement covers the public marketing pages at supportforwp.com. Customer portals, third-party payment services, and websites operated by other organizations may have separate accessibility practices and responsibilities. SupportForWP is a service operated by Red Leaf Consulting.
