Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the public SupportForWP website. By using this site, you agree to these Terms. Separate written service orders, service agreements, and the applicable Service Level Agreement govern purchased managed WordPress services.

Website Operator and Purpose
SupportForWP is operated by Red Leaf Consulting, based in Washington State, United States. This public website provides information about managed WordPress care, managed hosting, enterprise services, service terms, and the process of requesting a site review.
Website Use Does Not Create a Service Agreement
Visiting the website, requesting a site review, submitting a form, or exchanging preliminary communications does not establish a customer relationship or obligate SupportForWP to provide services. An engagement begins only when the relevant parties accept the applicable written order and agreement.
Relationship to Orders and the SLA
Plan descriptions, posted rates, and other public information are for general reference. For a purchased service, the signed service order and incorporated documents—including the Service Level Agreement—control scope, fees, response targets, responsibilities, exclusions, billing, and other service obligations. If these website Terms conflict with a signed customer agreement, that agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.
Eligibility and Service Review
SupportForWP primarily serves businesses and organizations. Not every WordPress website, host, plugin, transaction flow, or technical configuration is suitable for every care level. We may request additional information and decline or propose an alternative scope where appropriate. Submitting a request is not approval for managed hosting, service eligibility, or an emergency repair commitment.
Informational Content
Website articles, explanations, pricing illustrations, and other material are general information. They are not a substitute for an assessment of your specific site, nor are they legal, tax, accounting, or other regulated professional advice. We do not guarantee any particular performance, security result, search ranking, or business outcome from information on the public website.
Permitted Use
You may use the site for lawful personal or internal business research. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, misuse contact forms, impersonate others, harvest data unlawfully, or violate the rights of SupportForWP or third parties.
Information You Submit
You are responsible for having authority to submit any website, organization, or contact information you provide. Do not send account credentials, financial account data, sensitive personal information, confidential customer records, or regulated data through the general site-review form. Service credentials, when needed, must be provided through an approved onboarding channel.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, design, branding, graphics, and other original material on this site belong to Red Leaf Consulting, SupportForWP, or their licensors. You may make reasonable internal business use of public information, but may not commercially reproduce or republish substantial portions without permission except as allowed by law.
Third-Party Links and Services
This website may link to third-party platforms or services for hosting, billing, documentation, or other purposes. Each third party is responsible for its own policies and systems. We do not guarantee third-party content, uptime, security, or availability, and a link does not necessarily imply endorsement.
Website Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue public website features or content. The public website is provided for informational and inquiry purposes and is not covered by customer service-level commitments unless a separate agreement expressly says otherwise.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this public website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted access, accuracy, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose. These website disclaimers do not replace express obligations in an executed service agreement or rights that cannot legally be waived.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from access to or use of the public website. Liability that cannot lawfully be disclaimed remains subject to applicable law. Any limitations relating to paid managed services are determined by the executed service agreement, not by this website provision.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for information about personal information collected and used in connection with the website. Customer website access and service data may be governed by separate contractual documents.
Governing Law
Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, these website Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow parties to waive.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these website Terms from time to time. Changes apply prospectively from the date posted, except as applicable law provides otherwise. A revision to these public Terms does not by itself amend an executed customer agreement.
Contact
Questions about these Terms may be directed using the contact information in your service agreement or through the Get Started page.
