HOW IT WORKS

A simple process for a healthy WordPress site.

We keep the process clear from the first site review through ongoing care.

The four-step SupportForWP care process with a client and automated assistants.

From site review to routine care

Choose a care level

Start with the plan that looks closest to your needs. We confirm the fit during the site review.

We review your site

We check your site, hosting, software, and key functions. If something needs to be fixed first, we tell you.

You complete onboarding

You give us the access and information we need to support the site.

We record the starting setup

We record your starting setup, confirm backups and monitoring, and configure your care plan.

Routine care begins

We run the updates, backups, monitoring, and reporting included in your plan.

You can see the work in your portal

You can see recent work, service status, and reports in your portal.

We contact you when you need to decide

If your site needs hands-on repair work or a decision from you, we explain the issue and the next step.

Routine care is included. Repair work is separate.

Your plan covers the routine work listed for that plan. If monitoring finds a problem that needs hands-on diagnosis or repair, we explain the work and get your approval before we bill for it. If we caused the problem while doing covered work, we fix it at no charge.
